You can tutor your child at home with the full System Teaching Kit.

The System Teaching Kit comes in a hard-cover binder. It is divided into 18 sessions which teach the 24 Marking Code symbols. Each Session is represented by three types of cards:

• Practice
  Introduces the new Marking Symbol for the sesion, and identifies its specific sound. Strategies are included to help the pupil relate the sound to words they already know.
   
• Word Lists
  A list of common words that use the sound (and Marking Symbol) that has been introduced. Some of the words have the vowel letter removed - just showing the Marking Symbol in its place. This allows the pupil to concentrate on the appropriate sound, without being distracted by the letter.
   
• Stories
  There are three stories for each session (A, B and C). They are graduated in difficulty (A is the easiest), so that the pupil can build in confidence as they read "all by themselves".
   

The System Teaching Kit also includes a detailed Tutor Manual, with all of the information you need to be a successful tutor.
