Getting Help
If you need answers to your questions there are several things you can do. You can ask a question through the feedback form on the Contact page. You could attend a seminar or you could see if your question has already been answered in the Frequently Asked Questions or the Knowledgebase.
Finally, you could submit a ticket on the Help Desk. Let's say you purchased the Reading for Sure™ CD and have printed out all the resource materials but are unsure how to use them. You will need to purchase a subscription so that you can submit a ticket and get a reply: go to http://www.worldliteracy.com.au/shop
Then go to the Help Desk and submit your question. You will get an email to confirm your access to your question - nobody else will be able to see it in case you have some confidential details or a particularly sensitive topic you want to discuss. Your questions will be answered by Dr Solomon personally.
For just $30, you can have 6 questions answered - that's just $5 per question. You have a full month before your subscription expires.
PS You can ask first, and pay your subscription - just make sure to put a note when you pay that you have a ticket awaiting a reply.
PPS If you are a student enrolled in a WLI training programme, your questions will be answered without paying a subscription fee.
GENERAL QUESTIONS ARE FREE. You do not need to pay a subscription if your question is about the program or the suitability for a particular pupil. However, if you have a SPECIFIC question about how to use the materials or how to handle a particular problem you have encountered, then the answers are by subscription. If you are unsure, ask your question and you will be advised of the status of your ticket in due course.
